Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tesoro application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Tesoro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Tesoro is a personal finance management application designed for iPhone. It allows you to track income, expenses, assets, liabilities, net worth, and financial goals entirely on your device. Tesoro is a tool for personal organisation only and does not constitute financial advice.
Tesoro is designed with your privacy as a primary concern:
We do not collect personal data. Tesoro does not require an account, does not track your usage, and does not share any information with third parties.
The only data that may leave your device is data you explicitly choose to sync via iCloud, which remains encrypted and inaccessible to us at all times.
The App may request permission to use Face ID or Touch ID solely for local authentication purposes. This biometric data never leaves your device and is managed entirely by the iOS operating system — Tesoro never has access to it.
Tesoro is a personal finance organisation tool. Nothing within the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial professional for any financial planning or advice.
Tesoro may offer optional premium features via in-app purchase or subscription, processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple — Tesoro does not store or have access to your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All content, design, trademarks, and code within Tesoro are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesoro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Calculations and figures displayed within the App are based solely on the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We do not guarantee that the App is free from errors, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on incorrect data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
